1. About us

These terms apply to purchases from VimStop, 169 Chester Road, Northwich, CW8 4AG, United Kingdom. We are not VAT registered. Email: support@vimstop.co.uk. Website: vimstop-snus-central.lovable.app.

2. 18+ only

Our products contain nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 or over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may verify your age using third-party checks, and we may ask you for ID. We may refuse or cancel any order if:

• we cannot verify your age
• we suspect the order is for someone under 18
• we suspect fraud

If we cancel an order for any of these reasons, we will refund any payment you have made. Couriers may ask for proof of age when they deliver.

3. Products

We sell tobacco-free PABLO nicotine pouches. Product images are for illustration only, and packaging may vary. Nicotine strengths are shown per pouch where stated.

Warning: This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. Not suitable for under-18s, non-smokers or non-users of nicotine, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and pets. We make no health claims about our products.

4. Orders and contract

Checkout is provided by Shopify. When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may limit the quantities in an order.

5. Prices and offers

Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Our current prices are:

• £3.79 per tin
• multi-buy prices: 5 tins for £17.49, 10 tins for £32.90, 20 tins for £59.80 (you can mix and match flavours)

There is a 10% first-order discount code for newsletter subscribers. You can use it once per customer, and it cannot be combined with other codes unless we say otherwise. We may change prices and offers at any time, but the change will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

6. Pricing errors

If a price on our site is obviously wrong, we are not bound to sell at that price. We will contact you before we dispatch your order. You can then buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments.

8. Delivery

• We deliver to UK addresses only.
• Delivery is free on orders over £15. Orders of £15 or less cost £2.95 to deliver.
• We send orders with Evri.
• Delivery times are estimates.
• Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
• If your parcel has not arrived when expected, please contact us.

9. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Because nicotine pouches are sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, this right applies only to tins that are unopened and still sealed. 10. Faulty or incorrect goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your goods are faulty, you have:

• a right to reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
• after that, a right to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund

None of this affects your statutory rights.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• fraud
• any liability that cannot be limited by law

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
