We ship all orders from the UK in plain, unbranded packaging. Your privacy matters to us, so nothing on the outside of the parcel identifies the contents.

Delivery costs

• Free UK delivery on orders of £15 or more.
• £2.95 on orders under £15.

Delivery options

• Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Age verification

All orders require the recipient to be 18 or older. We may use age verification at checkout and the courier may request proof of age on delivery.

Returns

Due to the nature of nicotine products, opened items cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
